	Route Sales Representative – Dixon, IL Hourly Rate: $25/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (Must be available to work Saturdays) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week License Requirement: DOT Certification Required About the Role: We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to join our team in Dixon, IL. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, delivering products to customers, managing inventory, and ensuring shelves are stocked and rotated properly. You’ll drive a box truck, build relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to upsell products. Key Responsibilities: A box truck safely operates to deliver products to customer locations Rotate and stock products on shelves to ensure freshness and visibility Upsell products and build strong customer relationships Manage inventory and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with DOT regulations Qualifications: Valid DOT certification and clean driving record Ability to lift and move products regularly Strong communication and customer service skills Previous route sales or delivery experience preferred
