- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Previous experience driving a box truck (1–3 years required)
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM (or until End of Production)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold (32–45°F) and wet environments
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Job Summary
The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting products to customers, ensuring accurate orders, proper handling, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned delivery routes in a safe and timely manner
- Verify manifests and ensure correct products are loaded
- Maintain truck cleanliness and operational readiness per FMCSA standards
- Collect payments (cash/checks) from customers as needed
- Represent the company professionally with customers and the public
- Follow all safety, health, and company policies
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold/wet environments
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (no more than 3 points in last 2 years)
- 1–3 years of box truck driving experience (food industry preferred)
- Valid DOT Medical Card
