Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: 
$16/hour starting pay
$17/hour upon direct hire
$18/hour after 6 months of total service
$1.00/hour bilingual differential (English/Spanish)
 
Available Schedule Options:
Option 1:
Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM 
 
Option 2 (Choose One):
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
 OR 
Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM 
Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
 
 
Job Description: 
Join our team as a Revenue Recovery Specialist and build a rewarding career in a professional, fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you'll work directly with consumers to resolve outstanding accounts by providing exceptional customer service, negotiating payment solutions, and maintaining accurate account records. Responsibilities:
 
  1. Contact consumers regarding outstanding accounts. 
  2. Explain account information and discuss payment options. 
  3. Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines. 
  4. Maintain accurate documentation and account records. 
  5. Communicate professionally with consumers, attorneys, banks, insurance companies, and other authorized parties. 
  6. Meet productivity and performance goals while providing excellent customer service. 
  7. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable regulations.
 
Qualifications:
 
  1. Customer service or debt collection experience.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  3. Basic computer and typing skills. 
  4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 
  5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced call center environment. 
  6. Professional, dependable, and able to handle difficult conversations with empathy and confidence.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent.
  8. Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings.
