- Sales Talent: You’re naturally persuasive and enjoy connecting with people to offer tailored solutions.
- Customer Service Skills: You have experience in high-volume customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or tourism.
- Goal-Driven: You’re motivated by performance targets and ideally have experience working in commission-based environments.
- Excellent Communication: Friendly, articulate, and able to create a welcoming environment for every customer.
- Flexible Availability: Willing to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License: You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Deliver an outstanding rental experience by maximizing every sales and service opportunity.
- Serve as the go-to expert on our vehicle fleet, matching customers with the best options based on their preferences.
- Promote and upsell additional services and vehicle options to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage vehicle check-in/check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Maintain the presentation and organization of the branch location.
- Provide face-to-face customer support and problem resolution with professionalism and a positive attitude.
