Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $19 per hour 
 
Job Description: 
  1. Must have excellent communication skills
  2. Must be able to work independently 
  3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 
  4. Must have at least 3 years of office experience 
  5. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
  6. Bilingual: Spanish and English 
  7. Sort through emails and distribute accordingly
  8. Sort all incoming mail and distribute accordingly
  9. Send mail request
  10. Answer Phones
  11. Check Voicemails
  12. Take Detailed phone messages
  13. Set up New Assignments in VCA
  14. Set up New Appraisals
  15. Sort Checks
  16. Make Copies
  17. Clean up workspace
  18. Put away office and other supplies
  19. Revise reports sent by adjusters
  20. Proficient in Microsoft Programs especially Word, Excel, Outlook
  21. We use a software called VCA- knowledge of this program a plus
  22. Bilingual: Spanish and English is a plus but not required
