Requirements of position
 
 
  1. Must have excellent communication skills
  2. Must be able to work independently 
  3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 
  4. Must have at least 3 years of office experience 
  5. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
  6. Bilingual: Spanish and English 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position
 
  1. Sort through emails and distribute accordingly
  2. Sort all incoming mail and distribute accordingly
  3. Send mail request
  4. Answer Phones
  5. Check Voicemails
  6. Take Detailed phone messages
  7. Set up New Assignments in VCA
  8. Set up New Appraisals
  9. Sort Checks
  10. Make Copies
  11. Clean up workspace
  12. Put away office and other supplies
  13. Revise reports sent by adjusters
  14. Proficient in Microsoft Programs especially Word, Excel, Outlook
  15. We use a software called VCA- knowledge of this program a plus
  16. Bilingual: Spanish and English is a plus but not required
