We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. If you have experience operating a reach truck in a cold storage environment and are committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity, we want to hear from you!

Schedule
1st Shift: Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve palletized products within a refrigerated warehouse.
- Load, unload, stage, and replenish inventory while maintaining productivity standards.
- Pick and transport customer orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following warehouse procedures and product rotation practices.
- Work efficiently in a cold storage environment, following all food safety and company policies.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Truck operating experience required.
- Previous experience working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse is required.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
