Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Operate a reach truck forklift to load, unload, and transport materials 

• Pick and put away products at various rack heights 

• Accurately stage and prepare orders for shipment 

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area 

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies 

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed 

Qualifications 

• Previous reach truck operating experience required 

• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment 

• Comfortable working at elevated heights 

• Basic math and inventory skills 

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods 

• Strong attention to detail and safety 

Work Environment 

• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures 

• Standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout shift 

• Use of RF scanners and warehouse equipment
