Job Summary:

 Job Squad Solution is seeking reliable and safety-focused Bilingual Forklift Operators to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, move, and store products and materials. Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is required to support communication across a diverse workforce and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
  1. Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload products.
  2. Transport materials to production areas, storage locations, and shipping/receiving departments.
  3. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
  4. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  5. Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and product organization.
  6. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors.
  7. Support general warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
  3. Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  4. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  7. Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work flexible schedules as needed.
