- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience operating reach trucks in a high-volume warehouse setting.
- Certification: Active forklift certification (reach truck).
- Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices, excellent spatial awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work in various warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature fluctuations, noise).
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to accurately manage inventory and handle products with care.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Clean criminal record.
- Valid documents to legally work in the United States.
- First Shift Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm + overtime available Saturdays

| Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach Trucks: Safely and effectively operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve pallets and other materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including the accurate placement and retrieval of stock, and maintain proper documentation of goods movement.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and clean, including regular inspection and maintenance of equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Support order picking and packing processes by efficiently moving products to designated locations.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on reach trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
