Requirements of position 

✅ Qualifications 

Required: 

• Experience operating a Crown Reach Truck 

• Valid forklift/reach truck certification (or ability to obtain) 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

Preferred: 

• Previous warehouse clean-up, startup, or general labor experience 

• Knowledge of 5S or warehouse organization practices 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus 

💪 Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift 

• Comfortable working at heights while operating reach truck 

• Ability to work in warehouse conditions (dust, noise, temperature changes)

📄 Assignment Length: 2–3 Months (Project-Based)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⏱ Full-Time + Overtime Available
🚜 Equipment: Crown Reach Truck 

📌 Position Summary 

Food Warehouse is hiring 2 Warehouse Clean-Up Crew Associates to support a new warehouse startup. As new manufacturing lines are installed, this role will focus on cleaning, removing old equipment and furniture, organizing materials, and assisting with equipment setup. 

This is a great opportunity for candidates with reach truck experience looking for a short-term, full-time assignment with overtime. 

🛠 Key Responsibilities 

Warehouse Clean-Up & Organization 

• Remove debris, cardboard, shrink wrap, and waste from warehouse floors and aisles 

• Dispose of old equipment and furniture safely 

• Organize pallets, racking materials, and supplies during warehouse setup 

• Maintain clear aisles, exits, and emergency pathways 

• Support 5S and general warehouse organization standards 

Reach Truck Operation 

• Safely operate a Crown Reach Truck to move pallets and materials 

• Stage, store, and relocate setup materials as directed 

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues immediately 

• Follow all forklift and PIT safety guidelines 

Safety & Compliance 

• Follow OSHA warehouse safety standards at all times 

• Use required PPE (safety vest, gloves, steel-toe shoes, etc.) 

• Identify and report safety hazards or unsafe conditions 

• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment 

General Warehouse Support 

• Assist with sweeping, organizing, staging, and light warehouse tasks 

• Support supervisors and team members during startup activities 

• Follow SOPs and safety instructions
