Requirements of position
Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and/or Forklift
Valid Forklift and/or Electric Pallet Jack Certification preferred
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Ability to safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Responsibilities of position
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Electric Pallet Jack / Forklift Operator to join our 1st and 2nd shift warehouse team. This position is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, load, unload, stack, and stage products efficiently and safely within a fast-paced distribution environment.
The ideal candidate has strong equipment operation experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operated Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and Forklift equipment
Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently
Move, stage, and organize materials within the warehouse
Pick and prepare orders according to shipping documentation
Perform routine equipment inspections before and after shifts
Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of Electric Pallet Jack and/or Forklift experience
Valid Forklift and/or Electric Pallet Jack Certification preferred
Ability to lift to 50 lbs
Experience in warehouse or distribution environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Must be available to work 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RF scanners
Shipping & Receiving experience
Inventory control experience
Knowledge of warehouse management systems
