Requirements of position
The JobSquad Team is hiring a Quality Inspector for our client, working at their customer’s facility in Homer, MI. This role requires someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while following both our client’s and their customer’s instructions. In addition, the Quality Inspector will be responsible for leading a small team to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred (not required). Ability to work independently and stay focused. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable and trustworthy, with good communication skills. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60lbs.
Responsibilities of position
Responsibilities Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow customer-specific quality procedures and instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Accurately record inspection results and report any defects. Communicate effectively with supervisors and customer contacts. Work independently inside the customer facility with minimal supervision.
