| We are looking to bring in a Quality Control Leader for our Metal fabrication company!Pay Rate: $25/HRLocation: Fort Lauderdale, FLESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect WIP, inbound and outbound parts. Prepare First Article Reports Prepare detailed, accurate reports of all Quality Control inspections, results, corrective actions, recommended preventive actions, trends analyses, and compliance to contract requirements. Utilize effective technical narrative, graphs, charts, spreadsheets, photographs and other means to effectively convey the QC results to management. Establish Quality KPI’s with the goal of continuous improvement in all aspects. Create and manage reports to track internal and external KPI’s. Lead measurement of TCQ (Total Cost of Quality) and identify opportunities to reduce TCQ. This is a customer-facing role. The right candidate needs to be able to communicate directly with customers, problem-solve complaints, articulate status to customers and interpret part prints and specifications.Must be experienced with Excel, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint |
