Job Description:
The JobSquad Staffing is hiring experienced Quality Control Inspectors for companies located in Elkhart and Goshen, Indiana. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. We are looking for dependable candidates with previous quality inspection experience, strong attention to detail, and good attendance.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Use tape measures, calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other inspection equipment to verify product specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Identify, document, and report quality issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
