Full Job Description
As a Quality Control Associate within the Customer Service group, you will be responsible for helping to develop and maintain innovative Quality Control systems and continuous improvement programs.
Our goal is to continually innovate our approach to Quality Control, data collection & analysis, and action item implementation. In collaboration with our internal and external industry partners, we strive to provide the most comprehensive and effective data management and Quality Control program in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal Customer Care teams to manage the collection and review of warranty & consumer complaint data to identify quality concerns.
  • Effectively navigate internal software programs to provide efficient and accurate data sets and analysis.
  • Provide proper escalation of identified issues to minimize risk exposure and implement corrections that are timely, efficient, and effective.
  • Collaborate with additional personnel (Operations, Engineering, Purchasing) to implement corrective actions for quality concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement of all internal processes to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Support all activities related to field campaigns, including: data analysis, document preparation, consumer/dealer notifications, technical support, and reporting.
  • Help ensure the team has adequate capacity to support continued growth through the development of additional team members and/or added efficiencies.
  • Adhere to all environmental health & safety guidelines related to use of products and industrial equipment. Employee safety is a top priority.
  • Be a conscientious steward of all company resources.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service.
  • Lead the team in continuous improvement opportunities to ensure cost efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
  • Be a steward of the Core Values and lead by example through servant leadership.
 
Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver results through influence and collaboration with multiple internal and external partners.
  • Ability to evaluate situations objectively and without personal bias.
  • BA/BS Degree is highly encouraged; experience and character are the most important qualifications.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in quality control, data management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with ERP systems and basic data management programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic; able to independently own and drive projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
