| Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Previous experience in a QA or QC role within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or personal care industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO 22716, FDA regulations, and cosmetic safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

| Job Summary:
The QA Assistant supports the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that all cosmetic products comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines. They assist in testing, documentation, inspections, and audits to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain records and documentation related to quality inspections, testing, and audits.
- Assist in investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits as needed.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to uphold quality standards.
- Help ensure proper labeling and packaging compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in QA laboratories and workspaces.
