Requirements of position 

?Qualifications: 

• Bilingual 

• Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite –?Excel, Power point, Sharepoint 

? 

Quality Control & Metrics Awareness 

• Familiarity with quality standards and measurement (e.g., G7 calibration basics) 

• Ability to perform checks and document quality results in compliance with ISO/QMS protocols 

ISO & Regulatory Compliance Understanding 

• Knowledge or training in ISO quality systems and certifications like HiTrust/SOC2/HIPAA where applicable 

• Comfortable working with documentation and logs to support audits 

Communication & Collaboration 

• Strong verbal and written communication with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams 

• Clear communicator for status updates and job issues 

Organizational & Time Management 

• Capable of prioritizing multiple jobs and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment 

Problem-Solving Aptitude 

• Practical approach to troubleshoot basic process or workflow issues 

• Ability to escalate correctly and support corrective actions 

Work Ethic & Flexibility 

• Comfortable working on hectic production floors, assisting with hands-on tasks as needed 

• Willingness to stand, move materials (lifting), and be physically active when required

Understanding of document and data security best practices, especially relevant to HIPAA / SOC2 environments

The work schedule would be 8am-5pm with flexibility and OT at times.
