We are seeking a reliable Quality Assurance Assistant to support daily quality and food safety processes within a food production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring documentation accuracy, equipment verification, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
We are seeking a reliable Quality Assurance Assistant to support daily quality and food safety processes within a food production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring documentation accuracy, equipment verification, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities:
- Review production and quality documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct Certificate of Analysis (COA) reviews
- Organize and maintain quality control paperwork and records
- Perform thermometer verification checks
- Conduct product bake-up tests for quality evaluation
- Perform scale verification to ensure equipment accuracy
- Complete routine GMP inspections throughout the facility
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow food safety and quality procedures
- Comfortable working in a food production environment
- Good communication skills and reliability
Additional Information:
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with some weekend availability as needed
