| Responsibilities
· Build and maintain positive relationships with educators, volunteers, and community partners.
· Oversee the implementation of programs in schools and after-school settings.
· Recruit, train, and support volunteers for classroom and virtual programs.
· Prepare materials and coordinate volunteer orientations (both in-person and online).
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records for all programs, participants, and events.
· Manage program material inventory and identify ordering needs.
· Coordinate high school job shadowing experiences with local businesses.
· Provide excellent communication and customer service via phone, email, and in person.
· Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media updates.
· Assist with teacher and consultant registrations and confirmations.
· Participate in special projects and events as needed.
