The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for multiple Production Support personnel to work at a company located in the Hialeah area!
Duties: These positions will be working in a production and distribution facility for a large printing company doing the following duties.
- These positions will assist with preparing materials for printing.
- Moving material to different locations as needed.
- Loading and unloading material.
- Preparing finished product for shipment.
- Assembling paper materials into folders.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Ability to walk long distances and stand as needed during a 12 hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety compliance.
Working Conditions:
- Noise levels may be moderate to high due to equipment.
Standing, walking, and lifting for most of the shift. - This is a manufacturing and production environment in a distribution facility. Candidates must be comfortable working around large printers and forklifts.
- Attire - Tops must be appropriate for physical work. Crop tops are not allowed.
Work Schedule:
- Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday but these openings are for the busy season so candidates will have the opportunity to work on Saturday and Sunday as well.
- Candidates must be flexible to work the 6:00am - 6:00pm (1st shift) and the 10:30am - 10:30pm (2nd Shift), and they must be willing to work OT.
- Employees will receive overtime for any hours worked over 40 from Monday through Saturday. Double time is paid on Sundays, but employees must have worked a full 8 days between Monday and Saturday to qualify.
Pay Rate: $14/hr for the first shift 6:00AM - 6:00pm shift and $14.70/hr for the second shift 10:30am - 10:30pm shift.
