Requirements of position
   
We need your help filling 2 Production Supervisor Positions. Ideally the candidates would have food manufacturing experience.
Job description Must be able to work  6:00 PM – 6:00 AM for 4 days or 10 hours for 5 days 10 hours at night for Training. Shift will be determined,  
  1. Consistent and punctual attendance each scheduled workday. Report to work fit for duty and sustains fitness throughout the day.
  2. Check and verify that the pre-p checklist has been completed.
  3. Train and develop Leads and Operators to maximize profitability and on-time delivery of high-quality products for the customers.
  4. Oversee and direct production personnel, leads and the employees on the shift.
  5. Responsible for adherence to food safety requirements pertaining to SQF, GMP and all other legal or legislative rules and / or regulations that applies.
  6. Overall administrative responsibility for the shift (such as performance reviews, downtime tracking, disciplinary actions, etc.).
  7. Accountable for shift production schedule, efficiency of plant, minimizing downtime and waste.
  8. Reviews production/operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  9. Develops, recommends and implements changes in working conditions to improve employee performance and product quality.
  10. Resolves workers issues and involve management if necessary
  11. Encourage a team environment with all employees by showing them respect and valuing the opinion of employees.
  12. Prepares and presents production data to the Production Manager.
  13. Ensures that operator reporting is done in a timely manner
  14. Takes responsibility for all activities in the absence of Senior Management.
  15. Ensures that all data collection is being captured by operators on the following categories: breakdowns, short stops, test time, defrost time, cleaning time, pieces per hour, etc.
  16. Responsible for all aspects of the line, packaging and ensures that all lines are running to standard.
 
           
This role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure an excellent first impression
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system (PMS)
Answer phone calls and respond to guest emails or messages courteously and in a timely manner
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and service requests are fulfilled
Resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to management as needed
Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner
Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and dining optionsFollow all safety, security, and confidentiality proceduresTaking care of the property, its workflow and keeping it at a high standard at all times. Ability to find, call and bring in external companies that fix repair or electrical issues when our handyman is not available. Daily reports to the ownerTaking proactive steps
