Requirements of position
|

|
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good mathematical skills and 1 year of experience in a GMP production environment
- Adequate comprehension of the English language
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Occasional lifting of 30-50 lbs or more
- Exposure to vitamin, mineral, and herbal products; disagreeable odors; high noise levels; continuous standing; no allergies
- Experience as a lead person in a manufacturing environment
- PC experience

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Lead daily manufacturing tasks according to schedule, SOP’s, cGMP, FDA, and local regulations
- Perform random in-line quality review, ensuring processes meet specifications
- Oversee raw material receipts, ensuring accuracy of materials and quantities
- Support manufacturing crew personnel with training and performance evaluations
- Monitor quality control during production and ensure adherence to standards
