Requirements of position




  1. Use SolidWorks CAD software to create electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics in compliance with customer specifications, safety requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  2. Create and maintain electrical engineering documentation and mechanical engineering documentation.
  3. Develop specifications for electrical systems, mechanical systems, and components.
  4. Design, test, and analyze electrical and mechanical systems to ensure compatibility, performance, and compliance.
  5. Provide full life-cycle electrical and mechanical engineering support for production projects.
  6. Communicate electrical and production technical requirements to the Operations Manager.
  7. Provide regular production and electrical status reports to management.
  8. Production Supervision & Team Leadership
  9. Supervise and lead production leads and production associates to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
  10. Actively manage daily production floor activities as a hands-on Production Supervisor.
  11. Schedule, assign, and balance workloads to meet production schedules and manufacturing deadlines.
  12. Train, mentor, and develop production employees, with emphasis on electrical assembly and manufacturing standards.
  13. Ensure employee compliance with production policies, electrical safety standards, and company procedures.
  14. Manage employee attendance, competency tracking, and performance documentation.
  15. Lead daily 7:00 AM production meetings, communicating safety alerts, quality updates, and leadership directives.
  16. Production Planning & Manufacturing Operations
  17. Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  18. Collaborate with Production Management to adjust manufacturing plans based on electrical, material, or labor constraints.
  19. Escalate production blockers that impact manufacturing timelines or electrical builds.
  20. Coordinate with material management to resolve electrical and mechanical material shortages.
  21. Ensure production output, efficiency, and quality targets are consistently achieved.
  22. Quality Control & Electrical Compliance
  23. Ensure all products meet manufacturing quality standards and electrical specifications.
  24. Conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical production processes.
  25. Verify Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIPs) are accurate, current, and compliant.
  26. Ensure all electrical drawings and schematics are the latest revision.
  27. Drive closure of quality findings and oversee rework to meet Hitachi Quality Standards.
  28. Create and manage NCRs for non-conforming electrical or mechanical materials.
  29. Safety, Electrical Standards & Compliance
  30. Enforce electrical safety protocols, manufacturing safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
  31. Conduct regular safety audits within the production and electrical work areas.
  32. Lead incident investigations and coordinate with HSE leadership.
  33. Promote a strong culture of electrical safety and manufacturing compliance.
  34. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
  35. Identify and resolve production, electrical, and mechanical issues.
  36. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address electrical equipment and machinery failures.
  37. Analyze production data to improve manufacturing efficiency and electrical processes.
  38. Reporting & Documentation
  39. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production supervisor reports.
  40. Maintain accurate records for production performance, electrical compliance, attendance, and safety incidents.
  41. Support employee evaluations, promotions, and workforce planning.
 
Responsibilities of position





  1. 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
  2. Strong background in electrical manufacturing, electrical systems, or electrical assembly.
  3. Experience using SolidWorks CAD for electrical and mechanical drawings.
  4. Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production supervision, and electrical compliance.
  5. Intermediate to Advanced Excel and SAP experience.
  6. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  7. Education
  8. High School Diploma or GED (required)
  9. Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
