| Responsibilities of position | |||||
| We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduling Coordinator to plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules to ensure efficient operations and on-time order fulfillment. This role works closely with production, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to align materials, labor, and customer demand while maximizing plant productivity. Key Responsibilities: Create and adjust production schedules based on orders, inventory, and capacity Coordinate raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventoryCommunicate daily priorities across production, warehouse, and sales teams Maintain schedules and reports in ERP systems Support efficiency improvements and monitor production performance Qualifications: High school diploma required; degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations preferred 2+ years of scheduling or production planning experience (food manufacturing a plus) ERP, Excel, and inventory management knowledge Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Work Environment: Office-based with regular time on the production floor. Must follow PPE, food safety, and quality standards. |
