· Education & Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- REQUIRED – Previous buffing experience
· Skills & Abilities: - Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
· Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive motions.
· Personal Attributes: - Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Step 1: Clean and Prep Molds - Inspect Molds: Check for any residue or damage. Clean thoroughly with a suitable solvent.
Step 2: Mix Matrix - Gather Materials: Ensure you have all components ready (resin, hardener, fillers, etc.).
- Follow Instructions: Adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines for mixing ratios.
- Mix Thoroughly: Use a mechanical mixer or stir by hand until the mixture is homogeneous.
Step 3: Pour Matrix into Molds - Pouring Technique: Start pouring from one side to minimize air bubbles. Fill the mold slowly and evenly.
- Vibration (if necessary): Gently tap or vibrate the mold to help release any trapped air.
- Leveling: Ensure the surface is smooth and even before it sets.
Step 4: Curing - Curing Conditions: Follow the recommended temperature and humidity levels for optimal curing.
- Timing: Allow adequate time for the material to cure completely.
Step 5: Demolding - Carefully Remove Molds: Once cured, gently flex the molds to release the finished product.
- Final Inspection: Check for any imperfections or areas needing touch-up.
