$40K - $50K per year 
Requirements of position



·Communicate in English and Spanish
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Core, CET, Project Matrix
·AutoCAD
·Reports to Director of Design
 
 
Responsibilities of position




Create specifications for projects
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the products Designer Workspaces represents
Attend design meetings and vendor trainings
Curate products that meet the client’s aesthetics and budget
Prepare renderings and presentations
Communicate with vendors for samples and pricing
Meet with salesperson to understand project requirements
Attend client meetings when requested
Participate in site visits when necessary
Develop finished working drawings for specification and installations
Ongoing learning of dealer’s software and platforms
Working hours 8 am – 5 pm, Saturday/after hours may be required
Company is located in Hialeah, 33014
Salary is $45K-$50K
