| Previous experience as a Produce Inspector required.
Strong knowledge of USDA grading standards and inspection procedures.
Ability to work the night shift (9PM until finish).
Proficiency in using tools for quality inspection.
Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
Responsibilities of position

|||||
| Inspect produce in the field and upon arrival at its destination.
Grade products for quality, condition, weight, and size using USDA and customer specifications.
Assess the condition of produce and make recommendations regarding shelf life and usage.
Advise on the best uses for different produce varieties.
Ensure produce is maintained at proper temperatures.
Utilize inspection tools such as sizers, scales, calipers, and other measuring devices.
Collaborate with USDA inspectors to address and resolve quality concerns.
