Responsibilities of position




Location: Hialeah, FL
 Pay Rate: $17–$20/hour (based on experience)
The responsibilities of the Press Brake Operator Assistant include, but are not limited to:
  • Set up and operate press brake
  • Work from complicated drawings, sketches and templates to close tolerances.
  • Plan sequence of operations.
  • Select dies and methods for a wide variety of unusual press brake operations. 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be hard working and dependable
  • Ability to properly read a tape measurer
  • Must have strong attention to detail 
  • Blue print reading a plus
  • Must be flexible in performing other job responsibilities when the situation dictates.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Prior experience as a Press brake operator required 
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
