 $28-$32 per hour  

Requirements of position

Experience In:  3+ years in like position

Competent in Kodak Prinergy, Insite, RBA, and imposition software.
 Working knowledge of press configurations and bindery folding requirements
 Working knowledge of book binding formats, saddle-stitch, perfect bind & case bind
 Working knowledge of digital cut-sheet and roll-to-roll print requirements
 Working knowledge of platemaking process and trouble-shooting
 Working knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Understanding of Variable data job set up, XMPie, Jetletter PSL, Ultimate Impostrip, Enfocus, Pitstop Pro, Preps and advanced trapping techniques
 Experience with graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
 Working knowledge of mailing layout and envelope layout requirements
 Possess desire for automation and efficiencies with file processing
 Excellent grammatical, spelling, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
 Must possess strong problem solving/decision-making skills.

Technical Skills
 Good computer skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
 Able to safely operate a forklift
 Able to safely operate a hand truck and pallet jack
 Possess good math skills

 Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
 Must have visual acuity necessary to read material composed on video display terminals.
 Must have the ability to move from place to place within the building.
 Must be able to complete repetitive motion of hands and arms to input/retrieve information from computer and operate equipment..
 Must be able to bend/reach to get materials from floor, high and low shelves.
 This is a physical, fast-paced, position that involves occasional lifting, lowering, and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs.

 

 

Responsibilities of position

- Coordinates maintenance activities with and for the Maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of the facilities.

- Conducts regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.

- Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs with and for the Maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.

- Schedules maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.

- Collaborates with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services. - Creates and implements a preventive maintenance schedule with and for the Maintenance team for all machinery based on manufacturer’s recommendations.

- Requests quotes from outside contractors for improvements and repairs and presents to Facilities Leader.

- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules, including work orders and inventories, to report to Facilities Leader.
