| We are currently hiring for Poultry Production Positions in Orland, IN. Candidates will work in a fast-paced production environment handling various stages of poultry processing while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to work in refrigerated conditions.
Strong attendance and reliability record.
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
This position requires working in a cold and wet environment, typically ranging from 35–45°F in processing areas. Employees must be able to stand for long periods, typically 8–10+ hours per shift.
The role involves repetitive hand and arm movements, frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
Candidates must be comfortable with exposure to raw poultry products and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

| Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Work on an assigned production line including live hang, evisceration, debone, cut-up, trim, or packaging. Inspect poultry products for quality and remove defects as needed. Weigh, package, and label finished products accurately. Maintain production speed to meet daily quotas. Follow all food safety, USDA, and HACCP guidelines. Adhere to required PPE, including hairnets, gloves, aprons, and safety glasses water proof boots.
