Requirements of position
|
|

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food production industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Keen eye for detail, especially in quality control and safety compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities of position
|

- Oversee daily plant operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring that production schedules are met and that all activities are carried out efficiently.
- Supervise and support plant staff, providing guidance and training as needed to maintain a high level of performance.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all plant activities adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards promptly.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring that supplies are adequate and properly stored.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and employee performance. Prepare and submit shift reports to management.
- Facilitate effective communication between different shifts and departments to ensure continuity and address any issues that arise.
