Our company, a prominent player in the nutraceutical industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Coordinator for our 2nd shift operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess a strong background in plant coordination. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of productivity, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards 

Qualifications:

•            Available to work 2nd Shift 

 

 

Responsibilities of position

 Oversee daily plant operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring that production schedules are met and that all activities are carried out efficiently.

 

Supervise and support plant staff, providing guidance and training as needed to maintain a high level of performance.

 

Monitor production processes to ensure products meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

 

Ensure all plant activities adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards promptly.

 

Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring that supplies are adequate and properly stored.

 

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and employee performance. Prepare and submit shift reports to management.

 

Facilitate effective communication between different shifts and departments to ensure continuity and address any issues that arise.
