$17 per hour

Requirements of position:
· Prior Customer Service experience is preferred- resumes will need to reflect
prior Customer Service / Call Center / Medical front desk experience.
· Familiar with answering phones and managing incoming calls, routing calls and
taking messages in a busy setting.
· Proper phone etiquette is required.
· Experience with using Computer in a business setting.
· Familiarity with Epic is a major plus
· Video Interview will be required
Responsibilities of position
· Will need to answer incoming calls to medical facility.
· Will log messages into a queue or route to proper areas
· Will need to be both personable and professional on the phone
· Data Entry required
· Hours are 8am -4:30pm / Monday – Friday
