Pay/hours for position




$17 per hour
Requirements of position



  1. Must have prior call center or customer service experience and resume must show this type of experience with previous employers. 
  2. Will need to have in depth knowledge of computers and basic office programs. Resume must show working experience involving daily use of computers. 
  3. Will be required to complete a video interview. 
  4. Will need to demonstrate proper phone etiquette .
  5. Seeking someone with a professional yet friendly phone presence. 
  6. Will be required to complete a very detailed online onboarding package.
 






 
Responsibilities of position




Will be receiving incoming calls, scheduling and rescheduling visits. Will be taking messages for multiple providers and will be routing calls and delivering messages as needed. Will also be entering information into computer system on a consistent basis. Monday – Friday  (8 am – 4:30pm). Will also complete daily administrative tasks.
