Requirements of position
PART TIME ON SITE – TEMP College Students – Our client has a temp assignment for an individual to work PART TIME General Filing in a manufacturing facility- This is an on-site role - 4 hours, 4-5 days a week between the hours and 10:00 AM -2:00 PM for approximately 20 hours a week. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training preferred. Prior experience in file administration or clerical work, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities of position
PART TIME FILING ADMIN- On Site RESPONSIBILITIES Organize, file, and retrieve documents related to employee records, production logs, safety reports, and other operational files. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company and legal standards. Perform an audit of the file system to ensure accuracy and completeness. Monitor and manage file room inventory Respond to internal inquiries regarding file access and documentation status.
