  1. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferred
  2. Ability to perform visual inspections and identify defects or irregularities
  3. Experience using basic measuring tools (gauges, calipers, magnifiers) is a plus
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Ability to follow written procedures and quality standards
  6. Good communication and teamwork skills
  7. Ability to stand for long periods and handle small parts
  8. Must be reliable with good attendance
  9. Commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards
 Responsibilities of position




 We are seeking a detail-oriented Part Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing visual inspections of forged components, ensuring products meet company quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established inspection procedures in a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct visual inspections of forged components at the inspection bench using tools such as magnifying glasses, gauges, and measuring instruments.
  • Follow established inspection procedures and quality guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate evaluation of parts.
  • Inspect forged components for surface defects such as cracks, pits, scratches, or irregularities.
  • Verify dimensions, tolerances, identification markings, and product specifications.
  • Document inspection results and record any discrepancies or non-conformities in quality control reports.
  • Work closely with production staff and quality control teams to resolve any identified issues.
  • Communicate inspection findings clearly with team members and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained.
  • Stay informed on inspection techniques, industry standards, and forging processes.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Support a team-oriented and quality-focused workplace culture.
