Position: Packaging Operation Techs (Line Mechanic)
Compensation: $24.85/hr. Based on experience (.50 shift differential for night shift)
Open Shifts:
- 5 Openings: 6:00am-6:00pm AWS Schedule 3/2/2/3 Working every other weekend
- 16 Openings: 6:00pm-6:00am AWS Schedule 3/2/2/3 Working every other weekend (Priority)
- Seeking a hybrid of someone with machine operation experience and maintenance professional
- Mechanically inclined
- Seeking someone who is more of a Junior Maintenance Technician that doesn’t quite have full maintenance experience but has knowledge and skills. This position can lead to pay upgrade to full time maintenance.
- Willing to take candidates out of non-food related industries
o CNC Machine Operators
o Diesel Car Mechanics
o Tech School
- Looking for someone with a good eye for potential issues
- Conveyor Belt, packaging machinery, motors
