We are seeking experienced Order Selectors to join a fast-paced cold storage warehouse. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable candidates looking for long-term employment with overtime available.
Requirements
- Previous Order Selector experience in a high-volume distribution warehouse.
- Experience working at Publix Distribution Center or Sysco is required.
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack.
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to accuracy, productivity, and safety.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately select customer orders using an electric pallet jack.
- Build and stage pallets for shipping.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.
- Inspect products for quality and proper handling.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
This position offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, overtime opportunities, and the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
