Requirements of position




  1. Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, counting, and measuring) 
  2. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately 
  3. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 
  4. Ability to follow written instructions such as pick sheets 
  5. Ability to lift and move materials as required (physical requirements as applicable) 
  6. Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  7. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance 
  8. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently 
  9. Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes 
  10. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position





 
 Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing parts for production and shipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that orders are completed efficiently and correctly to support manufacturing and customer delivery timelines.
  1. Follow pick sheets to accurately gather required parts and materials 
  2. Verify part quantities and ensure accuracy before staging or shipping 
  3. Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure 
  4. Pack and organize parts onto pallets in a safe and efficient manner 
  5. Wrap pallets securely to prepare for shipment 
  6. Label shipments clearly and correctly according to company standards 
  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
  8. Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency
