Requirements of the position




Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering/business or logistics from four-year college or university required - 5+ years of experience in Logistics required - Strong written verbal communication skills - Proficient in computer applications (Excel + Power query, PowerPoint, Word) - Must be critical thinker and detail oriented - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills - Must have ability to write reports with key-points, 5W1H, Rational by own research - Ability to multi tasks with several key projects with client - Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage and work directly with clients - Problem solver mindset, self-motivated and organized - Ability to handle high pressure and fast paced operations - Strong work ethic - Ability to set up priorities and completing tasks - Ability to summarize data and information in precise documents.
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
 - Assist Branch Manager’s direction - East Coast WH Contract with Client - P/L Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting - WH and Transportation Cost Analysis - System Design and support - Create and implement operational improvement plans - Review SOP and improve better operation process for Innovation - Collaboration with HQ, RHQ, Site Managers, and Team members - Monitor and find root-cause of operational errors and set up action plan - East Coast Inventory Management including Cycle Count, Physical Inventory - Produce Daily, Weekly, Monthly Operational Report, QBR Report with Client, Strategy Meeting Report - KPI Management and Development, Claim Management (WH Damage, Loss, and LD) - Prepare for Peak Season Operation with Site Managers - Identify and sense Customer/Market Trend, Requirements and Operational Issues in advance - Manage Bench-mark Session - Support for WH Operation Set up and any projects - Perform other duties assigned as needed - People Management with 10 associates in the part - Within 24 hours response communications to HQ, RHQ, Client, Branch Manager
