  1. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends required.
  2. Familiarity with general HR concepts in areas of HR.
  3. Recruiting and Onboarding experience.
  4. Proficiency in the use of Computer and Internet-Based Applications and Programs.
  5. Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
  6. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  8. Ability to build rapport with candidates, our clients and Tier 2 agencies.
  9. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  10. Strong understanding of employee relations and employment laws
 
 
 
Qualifications:
  • GED is Required but bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Sales experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results.
  • Strong relationship builder.
  • Outstanding communications skills.
  • Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations.
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position
 
  1.  Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  2. Managing Time Entries and processing weekly Payroll experience
  3. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  4. Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  5. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
  6. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  7. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  8. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System 
  10. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  11. Assists in developing and executing recruiting plans including job posting and scheduling interviews.
  12. Tracks status of candidates and responds to inquiries. Conducts pre-employment screening, Initiates onboarding of new hires.
  13. Assists new employees with completion of new hire paperwork and onboarding.
  14. Serves as a resource person and assists in the orientation of new employees.
  15. Acts as first point of contact with employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries.
  16. Applies judgement and discretion to HR issues and concerns and directs any complex issues to our client and The JobSquad management team.
  17. Updates and maintains employee data and ensures confidential handling of sensitive information.
  18. Manages processes connected with the onboarding of new employees, process terminations largely consisting of ensuring data entry and communication to respective departments.
  19. Interprets and communicates routine organizational policies and procedures.
  20. Evaluates and applies information to provide advice to employees and management staff on Human Resources practices, policies, processes, and expectations.
  21. Ensures human resource information is kept confidential.
  22. May perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas and interact directly with Employees and Tier 2 agencies with respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement and reporting.
