- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends required.
- Familiarity with general HR concepts in areas of HR.
- Recruiting and Onboarding experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Computer and Internet-Based Applications and Programs.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with candidates, our clients and Tier 2 agencies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and employment laws
Qualifications:
- GED is Required but bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Sales experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Outstanding communications skills.
- Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Managing Time Entries and processing weekly Payroll experience
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
- Assists in developing and executing recruiting plans including job posting and scheduling interviews.
- Tracks status of candidates and responds to inquiries. Conducts pre-employment screening, Initiates onboarding of new hires.
- Assists new employees with completion of new hire paperwork and onboarding.
- Serves as a resource person and assists in the orientation of new employees.
- Acts as first point of contact with employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries.
- Applies judgement and discretion to HR issues and concerns and directs any complex issues to our client and The JobSquad management team.
- Updates and maintains employee data and ensures confidential handling of sensitive information.
- Manages processes connected with the onboarding of new employees, process terminations largely consisting of ensuring data entry and communication to respective departments.
- Interprets and communicates routine organizational policies and procedures.
- Evaluates and applies information to provide advice to employees and management staff on Human Resources practices, policies, processes, and expectations.
- Ensures human resource information is kept confidential.
- May perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas and interact directly with Employees and Tier 2 agencies with respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement and reporting.
