Requirements of position



Jobsquad Staffing is seeking a Onboarding Specialist for our office in Warsaw IN. The primary responsibility of the Onboarding Specialist is to create a positive experience for candidates and to assist the Recruiter. Jobsquad offers great benefits and work culture.  Duties and responsibilities
  • Assist Recruiter with new employee application and onboarding efforts
  • Assist candidates with filling out paperwork and procures appropriate employment documents 
  • Manage in house drug screen process 
  • Assist with mass employee communications
  • Facilitate employee feedback surveys and exit interviews
  • Answer the phones and screen calls for the recruiter
  • Computer and Communication Skills are a must 
Qualifications
  • Proficient at MS Office & Google
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work independently 
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply 
  • Detailed oriented with respect to ensuring deadline times are met
