Pay/hours for position
Payrate: $22-24, Depending on Experience Level

Hours: 4 hour shifts, Monday-Friday/5 days per week (20 hours per week)

Requirements of position
Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and customers. · Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP or order management systems. · Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation. · Ability to manage inventory, track materials, and reconcile discrepancies. · Basic understanding of purchasing processes, vendor communication, and cost management. · Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including scheduling and documentation. · Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace. · Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple departments. · Professional demeanor and ability to work as part of a team. · Willingness to learn new systems and processes as needed. · High School Diploma or equivalent · Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings, including background check(s) and drug testing

Responsibilities of position
Responsibilities:
The Office Administrator supports the daily operations of the office and
production facility by ensuring smooth coordination between departments,
vendors, and customers. Including but not limited to:
· Managing order entry, invoicing, and general office documentation
using company software and Microsoft applications.
· Assisting with purchasing, vendor communication, and tracking
materials or services to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
· Monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and
reconciling discrepancies as needed.
· Coordinating shipping and receiving activities, including scheduling,
documentation, and communication with internal teams and external
partners.
· Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and overall workspace
organization.
· Preparing reports, communications, and updates for management as
requested.
· Greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing general administrative support to both office and production staff. · Upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. #adv1234
