Requirements of position

Must have 3-5 years Ocean Exports Experience

Magaya a must

3-5 Years in the shipping industry.

Know Documents. EI, Custom Forms ETC../Customer Service

$21-$24 Depends on experience. Temp to Perm. 

Preparing and managing export documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and invoices, while complying with relevant regulations. 

Facilitating customs clearance for export shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export laws in the relevant countries. 

Coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods. 

Handling inquiries from customers regarding their shipments, providing updates, and resolving any issues that may arise. 

Negotiating freight rates and taxes with shipping lines and other logistics providers to secure competitive pricing. 

Developing and executing shipment plans, including scheduling, tracking, and monitoring shipments.
