Duties Include – Ocean Coordinator
Inventory Management & Accuracy
  • Monitor and report on all procedures, instructions etc: as well as ISO9001. FDA, ATF,, GMP, etc.
  • Provide companywide ERP inventory support.
  • Perform daily and scheduled physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation with system records. 
  • Record and verify inventory movements, adjustments, transfers, and stock locations with precision. 
  • Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system reports; investigate and document root causes and resolution steps.
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position




·  Associates Degree or related Field
· Prior ERP Experience 
·  2 years prior experience with inventory management 
·  Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual Eng/Span Preferred.
