| Manufacturing company in Hialeah is looking for MIG welders on 2nd shift. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-year experience. Starting payrate of $17/hr.
• Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on steel components
• Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and fit materials according to job specifications
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of recent MIG welding experience (industrial or structural steel preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with tools such as grinders, torches, and measuring devices
