Job Title: MIG/TIG Welder
Job Location: Albion, MI
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $19-$21/hr
First Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding
- Maintain welding equipment and a clean work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production requirements
- Work with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of welding equipment and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
