Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Merchandiser to support customer accounts throughout the DuBois area. This role combines merchandising, customer service, inventory management, and product delivery responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed at assigned locations.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customer locations using personal vehicle
  • Occasionally operate a box truck as needed
  • Stock shelves and maintain organized product displays
  • Rotate product to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
  • Upsell products and promote sales opportunities at customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate inventory and delivery records
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Ensure displays and shelves meet company standards
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with DOT certification required
  • Reliable personal vehicle required
  • Ability to occasionally operate a box truck
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
  • Ability to lift, move, and stock product throughout shift
  • Previous merchandising, delivery, warehouse, or route sales experience preferred
Compensation & Schedule
  • $27.00 per hour
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Occasional Saturday work as needed
