| Requirements of position

| Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required
Must have a solid, steady work history in machine operation and forklift operation
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
Ability to read measurements and follow job specifications
Must be open to cross-training in different roles
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently
Reliable with strong attendance and work history
Steel-toe boots required

| Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Operate slitter machines and production equipment to process materials to specifications
Set up machinery, load materials, and monitor production for quality and efficiency
Measure and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy
Build skids and handle materials, including carrying and assembling lumber
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Complete production paperwork and documentation
Cross-train in multiple departments as needed
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
